Over two years ....that is how long we have been in our new space!

In April of 2013 we moved our Workshop/Showroom to a new space across the street from our old premises on Pineapple Avenue in Downtown Satasota. The street number is 124 South Pineapple. We gained 50% more square feet, a long term lease arrangement, and a free standing building of our own.

Special Order Scroll Wedding Ring Set

Special Order Hand Made Sterling Silver wedding bands engraved in the Scroll pattern. The design is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, designs made by man. It represents eternity. He wanted his to be wide and substantial due to large finger size. Her's is much smaller and less massive ....appropriately so.

Special Order Hand Made Sterling Silver, Paladium and 18k Yellow Gold Pendant.

A good client and friend brought us this Libery Coin which was set in a Diamond bezel. He wanted the pendant to be larger and to hang from a large 18k Yellow Gold chain. I lifted the coin up in a large Sterling Silver bezel and added one of our classic Hooks. The Hook and bezel are connected by a hinge. The Hook is Sterling Silver and 18k Yellow Gold accented with Caramel color hard Vitreous Enamel. A flat pendant has been turned into a very three dimentional item making the pendant a much more interesting piece of jewelry.

Fleur de Lis Earrings

Hand  Made Sterling Silver and 18k Yellow Gold earrings in the button style. The design features 18k Yellow Gold Fleur de Lis separated by Sterling Silver Doric Columns with a gold column in the center. As with all our button style earrings, the back is an Omega back with an adjustable tension feature. The posts are 14k Yellow Gold as are the posts on all of our earring styles ...button, hoop, drop, etc.

A Superstar has arrived !!!

This beautiful ring celebrates the arrival of a Superstar. Ithe ring is hand made in Sterling Silver and 18k Yellow Gold featuring a Cabachon cut Malachite stone accented with a warm Brown hard Vitreous Enamel. It was especially made for and is worn by the proud father. Congratulations and best wishes to  to the beautiful family!!!

As always, all work was done in our shop. That is, hand making the ring in Sterling Silver and 18k Yellow Gold, engraving the ring for enamel, enameling the ring with hard Vitreous enamel which is glass, the old fashion way of doing it and cutting the Malachite Cabachon from a piece of natural rough stones as shown in the photo above. I learned a long time ago .... if you want to control the time and quality you must do it in house.

Special Order Diamonds in Sterling Silver

I have been resetting client's Diamonds into Sterling Silver settings. The results have been effective. I create a contrast with the natural  patina which I can only get with Sterling Silver. Occasionally, I use 18k Yellow Gold as a contrast. White Gold chains work well with the pendants as the small White Gold chains are stronger than small Sterling Silver chains. White gold posts, friction backs and lever backs work well with earrings for the same reason.
